- 1 cups cooked garbanzo beans (rinsed and dried) or (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans (rinsed and dried)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- sea salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Spread garbanzo beans on half sheet pan, dribble olive oil over them and use your (clean) hands to mix.

3Roast for 40 minutes, shaking the pan every 12 minutes or so, until quite brown and crisp.

4(May leave in oven for another hour or two at 250 to 275 for additional crisping.).

5Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.

6Cool. Serve.

7Can recrisp, if necessary, by heating for 5 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
