  • 2 ounces almonds
  • 2 ounces pistachios
  • 2 ounces pine nuts
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh green peppercorn, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon vetetarian stir-fry sauce

Directions

    Roast all the nuts with the oil and garlic at 350F for approximately 20 minutes, checking for desired brownness.

    Add rice wine, green peppercorns and stir-fry sauce.
