- 14 cup soy sauce
- 1 -2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 12 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 12 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 12 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 12 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- salt and pepper
- chopped scallion (to garnish)
Directions

1combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl, whisk well to make the marinade (this can be made in advance and refrigerated for several weeks).

2preheat oven to 500F.

3add shrimp to marinade, let it sit at room temperature 5-10 minutes.

4remove shrimp and place them on a baking sheet.

5discard marinade.

6roast shrimp 5-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

7sprinkle with scallions, serve.
