- 1 packages cherry tomatoes, left whole
- 1/2 each red, yellow, orange bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme & rosemary

2Place all vegetables in a large bowl, pour in olive oil, fresh herbs, salt & pepper.
