  • 1 ear corn per person
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Shuck, clean and wash each ear of corn, being careful to leave shucks attached.

    Butter, salt and pepper and replace shucks. Wrap in foil and roast directly over hot coals for 20 minutes, turning ear one-quarter every 5 minutes.
