  • 12 lb Roquefort cheese
  • 12 cup salad dressing
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 12 cup heavy cream, whipped stiffly
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 14 cup cold water

    Mash the Roquefort cheese and mix well with the cottage cheese.
