- 100 g Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons double cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs, parsley and chives work well
Directions

1Put first three ingredients in a bowl and stir together, its nice to leave some lumps of cheese.

2Chill if desired (prefeably overnight).
