Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. crushed rosemary
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 7 c. bread flour (may be less or more)
Directions

1Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, soda, oil, salt, rosemary and hot water.

2Add yeast mixture.

3Add in flour.

4Dough should not be too dry or too sticky.

5Place in well-greased bowl and place in warm, draft-free place.

6Let rise 40 minutes.

7Punch down dough and let rest 15 minutes.

8On floured surface, shape into several long loaves or braids or dinner rolls.

9Let rise again in warm place for 1 hour.

10Bake at 350° for 15 minutes until golden.
