- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. spaghetti noodles
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Boil skinned chicken until done.

2Reserve broth for noodles to be boiled in.

3Pull chicken from bone and chop into small pieces while noodles are boiling.

4Put cubed chicken, soup and Ro-Tel into casserole dish.

5Mix well.

6Add desired amount of noodles and top with cubes of Velveeta cheese.

7Bake in 350° oven until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbling.
