  • 1 small pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. Port wine
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
  • 1 c. Tokay grapes, peeled, halved and seeded
  • 1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce or jelly

Directions

    Add gelatin to boiling water and stir.

    Add wine, rind and lemon juice.

    Chill until partially set.

    Refrigerate until firm.
