- 1 package Yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 cups Light rum, divided
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325

2Grease and flour bundt pan

3Mix oil, eggs, 1/2 cup rum, and 1/2 cup water in large bowl. Add cake mix and beat until fluffy, about 3 minutes.

4Bake for 50-60 minutes

5Combine butter, sugar, 1/4 cup rum, and 1/4 cup water and bring to boil for 2 minutes

6Pour over cake while still hot. Let cool in pan for 20 minutes then invert onto cake plate.

7*Optional -- sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts over bottom of pan before adding batter
