- teriyaki sauce
- brown sugar

Directions

1Cut chicken livers in half.

2Pour teriyaki sauce over chicken livers and water chestnuts in large bowl; refrigerate about 4 hours.

3Drain.

4Cut bacon slices in half.

5Wrap a piece of liver and a piece of water chestnut in each slice of bacon.

6Secure with toothpick.

7Roll in brown sugar.

8Bake in oven at 350° for about 20 minutes.

9Turn oven to broil for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
