  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cups Coconut
  • 1/2 cups Raisins
  • 1/3 cups Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Molasses
  • 2 Tablespoons Boiling Water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease baking sheets.

    Mix the flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, sugars, coconut and raisins together.

    Melt butter and add the molasses and water into butter. Pour butter mixture into the flour mixture and mix until well combined.

    Drop dough onto baking sheets with a teaspoon and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
