  • 3 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 8 oz. can cream style corn

    Mix all ingredients and pour into greased pan. Bake at 375° until golden brown. Serve immediately.
