  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground veal
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup, thinned with juice of peas

Directions

    Fry meats with onion and salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook rice and, when done, add peas, mushrooms and thinned tomato juice.

    Mix meat mixture and rice mixture together.

    Put in baking dish.

    Bake for one hour in moderate oven.

    Strips of bacon can be placed across top, if desired.
