  • 1 cup onions chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 large potatoes white skinned, scrubbed clean cut into large chunks

Directions

    Cover with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
