- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings.

2Press firmly into 9-inch pie pan.

3Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

4Spoon off fat.

5Frost with potatoes.

6Top with remaining soup and cheese.

7Bake for 10 minutes or until done. Garnish with cooked sliced bacon.
