  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/3 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. whole peppercorns (optional)
  • 1/2 c. water (optional)

Directions

    Mix and wrap in Saran Wrap.

    Refrigerate 24 hours.

    Remove wrap.

    Form into 2 rolls, about 2 inches in diameter.

    Bake on broiler rack at 300° for 1 hour.
