  • 1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Mix together in large Tupperware or tight bowl.

    Keep stored in refrigerator.

    Knead every day for 5 days.

    Roll into long rolls.

    Bake at 150° for 10 hours.

    Freezes well.
