- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can beef broth or consomme
- 1 can Golden mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Combine 2/3 can mushroom soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish, then set it aside.

2Beat egg; add bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper and remaining mushroom soup.

3Mix beef into it.

4Shape into patties; brown on low heat until slightly brown. Mix Golden mushroom soup, beef broth and horseradish; mix together.

5Place patties in cake pan.

6Pour soup mix over it; bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

7Thicken gravy.

8Ready to serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
