- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. minced onions
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt (slight)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon, removing all skin and bones.

2Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly.

3Chill several hours or overnight. Combine pecans and parsley.

4Shape the salmon mix into a ball or log and roll in the nut mixture.

5Serve with assorted crackers.
