  • 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained (2 c.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Directions

    Combine salmon with next 5 ingredients; mix thoroughly.

    Chill several hours. Combine nuts and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into balls. Roll in nut mixture. Chill well. Serve with crackers.
