- 1 can salmon
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Mix salmon and cream cheese.

2Add lemon juice, onion and horseradish.

3Mold into ball.

4Chill at least 3 hours or overnight.

5Roll in pecans and parsley.

6Serve with crackers.
