- 1 can pink salmon
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. salmon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
Directions

1Separate salmon from juice; remove vertabrae. Mix egg into salmon with fork.

2In small bowl, combine juice and baking powder; pour into salmon mixture with onions and garlic.

3Mix with fork. Add flour.

4Drop by teaspoonful into 1/2-inch hot grease in skillet.

5Brown each side.

6Drain on paper towel and serve hot.
