Salmon Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. onion
  • parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except soup.

    Form balls and put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Cover with 1 cup mushroom soup mixed with 1 can of water.

    (I use 1/2 milk and 1/2 water.)

    Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.

    Serves 4 to 6.
