- 1 can salmon
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except soup.

2Form balls and put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Cover with 1 cup mushroom soup mixed with 1 can of water.

4(I use 1/2 milk and 1/2 water.)

5Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.

6Serves 4 to 6.
