  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 tablespoon baking powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil 10 cl.
  • milk 12.5 cl.
  • 7 1/4 tablespoons grated Gruyere cheese
  • 7 ounces smoked salmon
  • cream cheese with herbs
  • chives

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    In a medium-sized bowl, mix the eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.

    Heat the olive oil and milk in a saucepan. Once warmed, gradually and carefully add to the batter.

    Mix well.

    Add the Gruyere and stir.

    Cut the salmon into strips and chop the chives, add to the muffin batter and stir to evenly distribute.

    Pour into muffin cups.
