- 4 salmon fillets, preferably wild salmon
- 14 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 limes, juice and zest of
- 14 cup tequila
- 2 tablespoons ginger, freshly grated
- 14 cup olive oil
- 12 teaspoon dill
- 12 cup yogurt, preferably organic
- 1 dash Old Bay Seasoning
- 12 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 14 tablespoon pepper
Directions

1Spray cooking spray in a baking dish and place the salmon skin-side down.
