- 1 c. canned salmon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/16 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Directions

1Remove the skin from the fish if desired.

2Crush the soft bones and miscellaneous with the oil and flaked salmon.

3Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

4Place in a greased loaf tin and dot with butter and bake until firm and brown.
