- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 lb. can pink salmon
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Combine crumbs with the seasonings and butter.

2Add milk, liquid and oil from salmon and slightly beaten eggs.

3Mix well. Flake the salmon and add to the mixture.

4Pour into oiled baking dish.

5Bake in 350° oven about 45 minutes or until firm and browned.
