  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp. onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk

Directions
