Salmon Patties

  • 2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 can salmon, cleaned and diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. flour (enough to form patties)

Directions

    Saute celery and onion in butter.

    Mix with other ingredients. Form patties.

    Let stand a few hours in fridge.

    Dip in egg, bread and fry.
