  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can salmon, drained
  • 2 c. soft bread cubes (2 1/2 slices of bread)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and soup.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until mixture appears set.

    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
