- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can salmon, drained
- 2 c. soft bread cubes (2 1/2 slices of bread)
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and soup.

2Stir in remaining ingredients.

3Pour into a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until mixture appears set.
