  • 1 1/2 c. canned salmon, drained
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. soda

Directions

    Blend all ingredients; drop mixture by spoonfuls into hot oil (375°).

    They will brown in about 1 minute.

    Drain and serve with tartar sauce.
