- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 c. celery, diced fine
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle, diced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (if tartness is desired)
Directions

1Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.

2Flake fish.

3Dice 2 of the eggs and add to fish.

4Add celery, mayonnaise, pickle and lemon juice.
