Salmon Seashell Salad

  • 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can red salmon
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. small shell macaroni
  • 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced radishes
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. dairy sour cream

Directions

    Drain salmon; break into chunks.

    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and cool.

    Combine salmon, macaroni, corn, green pepper, radishes, olives and mustard in a bowl.

    Fold in mayonnaise and sour cream.
