- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped almond
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Drain salmon.

2Remove dark skin and bones.

3Combine all ingredients except almonds and parsley.

4Chill covered at least 2 hours.

5Shape into 1 or 2 balls.

6Roll in nuts and parsley.

7Serve with crackers.
