Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped almond
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley

Directions

    Drain salmon.

    Remove dark skin and bones.

    Combine all ingredients except almonds and parsley.

    Chill covered at least 2 hours.

    Shape into 1 or 2 balls.

    Roll in nuts and parsley.

    Serve with crackers.
