Salmon Soup

- 2 c. water
- 2 c. cubed peeled potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onions
- salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. can salmon (undrained)
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1In medium saucepan, combine water, potatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.

2Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.

3Add salmon after pulling skin off and deboning.

4Add dill weed.

5In small bowl, combine milk and cornstarch; blend with wire whisk until smooth.

6Slowly stir in soup.

7Bring to a boil and reduce heat.

8Cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

9If you like more salmon, you can use two cans. Pour salmon juice in pot with potatoes and cook along in soup.
