- 3 fresh or frozen salmon steaks (or other fish steaks 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick)
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Thaw fish if frozen.

2Put in a shallow pan for marinade. Combine oil, parsley, lemon juice, onion, mustard, salt and dash of pepper.

3Pour over fish.

4Marinate covered in refrigerator 6 hours. Drain, reserving marinade.

5Place fish in well-greased wire grill basket.

6Grill over medium coals 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.

7Brush with marinade and grill 8 to 10 minutes more.
