- 10 garlic cloves, diced
- 7 cups white vinegar
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 4 tablespoons sugar

1In a large pot over high heat combine all ingredients and boil for 10 minutes.

3Place jars into boiling water in a hot water bath canner.

4Process for 15 minutes.

5Remove to a rack.
