Salsa Tuna Roll-Ups

- 1 (170 g) canclover leaf solid white tuna, in water, drained
- 14 cup preferred salsa
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas (12-inch)
- 0.5 (125 g) package cream cheese (spreadable) or 0.5 (125 g) package light cream cheese (spreadable)
Directions

1In a small bowl, mix tuna, salsa and green onions.

2Blend in enough water to allow easy spreading, if required.

3Lay totillas one by one on a flat surface.

4Spread 1/4 of the cheese onto each tortilla, covering the entire surface.

5Spread 1/4 of the tuna mixture over the cheese to within one inch of tortilla edge.

6Starting at the top, roll up each tortilla into a snug cylindrical shape, ensuring the cream cheese seals the bottom and ends.

7When ready to serve, cut the roll-ups into 2-inch slices.

8Serve with fruit and other appetizers.
