- 3/4 lb. oleo
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites, beaten well
- 1 lb. plain flour
Directions

1Cream oleo and powdered sugar.

2Add egg yolks and egg whites. Slowly add flour.

3Form into patties.

4Chill, covered tightly, overnight.

5Roll very thin.

6Cut out.

7Brush the top of each cookie with egg white (beaten egg white).

8Sprinkle top with mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

9(I put in a salt shaker.)

10Bake at 325° until very light brown.

11Store in a tight container.

12The thinner they are rolled, the better they are.
