  • 1 fluid ounce pear nectar
  • 1/2 fluid ounce peach brandy (or apricot brandy)
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 ounce champagne, of choice

Directions

    To a martini shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except champagne.

    Shake well and strain into martini glass.
