- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions

1Mix sausage, cheese and pepper until mixed.

2Add flour a little at a time until firm enough to make into balls.

3Roll into small balls; place on ungreased baking sheet.

4Bake at 375° for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
