Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot or mild sausage
  • 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

    Mix sausage, cheese and pepper until mixed.

    Add flour a little at a time until firm enough to make into balls.

    Roll into small balls; place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 10 minutes, until golden brown.
