Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 10 oz. or more grated sharp cheese
  • dash of milk (if needed)

Directions

    Mix all 3 ingredients well like pastry.

    Add milk to moisten. Roll into small balls.

    Cook at 350° near the top of the oven for about 15 to 18 minutes on a cookie sheet.

    These can be frozen and reheated in 300° oven for 10 minutes or you can microwave.
