  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. cheese, grated
