Sausage Egg Casserole

  • 6 eggs (I use 7 or 8)
  • 3 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Cook sausage and onion.

    Drain grease.

    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

    When set in the middle it is ready to eat.

    Can be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning.
