  • 1 lb. Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. dried basil
  • 1 (48 oz.) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 med. tomato
