Sausage Rice Casserole

  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. pork sausage

Directions

    Cook rice as directed on package.

    Chop onion, pepper and celery.

    Brown sausage and drain, then add vegetables.

    Cook until vegetables are limp.

    Add rice and soup and pour into greased 3-quart casserole dish.

    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325°.
