- 1 c. rice
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. pork sausage
Directions

1Cook rice as directed on package.

2Chop onion, pepper and celery.

3Brown sausage and drain, then add vegetables.

4Cook until vegetables are limp.

5Add rice and soup and pour into greased 3-quart casserole dish.

6Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325°.
