  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/4 c. meal
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 2/3 to 1 c. milk
  • 2 lb. sausage

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients together. Add oil and milk, enough to make stiff dough. Roll into 2 rectangles. Spread sausage on this. Roll in lengthwise. Wrap each in wax paper and chill. Slice about 1/4-inch thick. Bake at 350° about 20 minutes.
