- 1/2 c. celery, sliced
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1 tsp. butter
- 7 oz. pkg. pea pods (if frozen, simmer 1 to 2 minutes and drain)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Directions

1Saute celery and onion in butter for 2 minutes over medium-high heat.

2Add pea pods and saute until golden.

3Add water and bouillon.

4Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes until pea pods are crisp-tender.
